Our Pirate adventure

We went out on a pirate ship adventure our last day. It was really fun all the kids dress up like pirates and the ship goes out into the bay. We fought long john silver to get the keys for the treasure chest. We checked out the treasure map to find the hidden treasure. We got treasure out of the sea. It was a really fun filled adventure.

Carnival Fun!

We took max to the carnival and he had so much fun and was so brave. I was so surprised at all the rides he rode by himself.

Myself and the kids flew to Maryland for the week so that daddy could study for his boards. He has to take them this coming thursday so we gave him a little break and a little time to himself. Here are a few beach pics.

Maximus and Markers

So, while daddy was supposed to be watching maximus, maximus found the markers underneath the cabinet. It took daddy awhile to notice that he was being awfully quiet. When I got home maximus was upstairs sleeping and daddy broke the news to me. I asked did he scold him and he said "no I couldn't he just kept saying colors daddy colors." He failed to mention a crucial part of the story. When maximus woke up from his nap and came downstairs I said oooohhhh somebody was a bad boy because he still had marker all over his legs. He promptly pulled up his shirt and said tattoo mommy tattoo. Daddy had failed to mention that not only did he not scold him for coloring on himself he encouraged him and drew a tiki head for him on his belly.

Daddy went to France

C.R. had to travel to france for a MIS conference. He was gone for a entire week. He stayed across from the palace of Versi. He didn't bring any disease home however he did get stuck in the hotel elevator and had to be rescued by france fire and rescue.

Adventures in Babysitting

A few weeks ago C.R. and I babysat for our friends so they could enjoy their anniversary. It gave us a quick insight as to what it will be like when we have four kids. We decided we will need a huge yard and definately a play room.
